When there is whiteness, many factories focus on how to solve the whitening, but forget that they only need to make some minor adjustments before the operation, which can completely avoid

First, the pre-press preparation in the carton & color box is inevitable
1. Check the ink viscosity before the ink is on the machine. Is it normal?
A common problem in printing whitening is that the viscosity of the ink is too low and it is easier to produce after many uses. Because in the production process, the printer often adds water to the ink tank, causing the ink viscosity to drop. This causes the printing to appear white, so the ink must be tested before going to the machine.
2. Check if the printing plate is good.
If the printing plate is used for a long time or the printing plate ink is too much dirt, the amount of ink transferred from the printing plate will be reduced. When the ink transfer amount is reduced, the printing whiteness will often occur.
3, anilox roller
The cleaning of the anilox roller directly affects the printing condition. A large part of the anilox roller is not cleaned, so that the amount of ink carried by the anilox roller is small, resulting in printing whiteness.

Second, learn to print the whiteout method
1. First check the thickness of the unprinted cardboard, and then check the thickness of the cardboard after the cardboard exits from the paper feeding unit to see if the cardboard has been crushed by the paper feed roller. If the crushing problem is solved first, the paper feed gap is -0.3 mm.
2. Check if the printing plate pressure is normal. You can check if there is enough ink in the printing plate. The printing plate hardness version is suitable for 34-36 degrees.
3. The above is correct and increase the printing pressure value. The pressure value should not be too large. If it is too large, it will easily produce printing paste, and the printing will be slower and faster.
Of course, if the viscosity of the printing ink is correct, the printing plate and the anilox roller are still good in printing whitening. The main adjustment direction is dominated by the ink process, the printing pressure should not be increased all the time, and the viscosity of the ink and the permeability of the ink can be continuously improved. It is also possible to adjust the printing press to the sheet feeding state for printing.
